While all items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment, we understand that rare issues may occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

What Qualifies for a Return?

• Items that arrive visibly damaged or broken.
• Items that have a manufacturer defect or printing error.
• Wrong item received (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).

**Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size preference, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

Return Request Window

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

How to Submit a Return Request

Please fill out our Return Request Form using the Contact page. Include the following information to help us process your request quickly:

• Your full name and order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item, including any damage or errors
• A photo of the original packaging (if available)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email along with instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds and Replacements

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return.
• If approved, you will be offered either a replacement item at no additional charge or a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days after processing.
